A pressure plate device was used to measure pressure points on the bottom of the foot in each trimester of pregnancy, orthotics were constructed to relieve foot pain in the patients and new measurements were taken. Qualitative data was also obtained as to the patient's specific problems and pain. The subjects were followed through all three trimesters of pregnancy including a follow-up questionnaire postpartum.

(4 months) Participated and helped write an ankle study concerning sprains and treatment protocol in my fourth year of podiatric medical school. The patient's range of motion was measured at the ankle and subtalar joint, x-rays were taken to assess previous ankle sprain damage. Several preventive measures were used with the patients including ankle braces, taping and ankle exercises and during their sporting season, more data was collected on the devices and their outcomes.
